February may be the shortest month of the year, but it’s full of heart — in more ways than one. As we step into Heart Health Month, we’re leaning into meaningful conversations about cholesterol, inflammation, nutrition, and hormones. It’s the perfect time to check in on your numbers, your habits, and your long-term wellness plan.
We’re also excited to share some new things happening at the clinic! Our refreshed website is designed to make it easier to find resources, book appointments, and explore our services. Plus, our new online store makes it simple to access the curated, professional-grade supplements and wellness products we trust and use in clinic.
We partner with you on your health journey — and this month, we’re focusing on the heart of it all.
In the midst of our bustling lives and convenience-oriented diets, it’s crucial to shed light on the importance of heart health. February is Heart Health Awareness Month, a timely opportunity to explore comprehensive strategies, including functional medicine, for cardiovascular well-being. It’s essential not only to focus on managing cholesterol but also to examine the potential negative impacts of relying solely on medication. Learn more in our health blog: The Whole Truth.
